U.S. Chess Mates is a professional after school chess enrichment program. We
have been in business for 11 years and have brought out program to thousands
of students and hundreds of locations. We have had such great success that our
program is often copied by others, but please do not confuse us with them we

U.S. Chess Mates - A Little About What We Do
U.S. Chess Mates brings a comfortable hands on approach to your school or
center when teaching chess. Our teachers are passionate about chess and the
children they teach. We offer a 14:1 student teacher ratio and focus on the
success of our students. Unlike other programs that need to dress up in
costumes and create dances to get there message across we provide straight
forward instruction. Our students learn fast and efficiently. We have created
some of the best youth chess players in the country and will continue to do
so for many years to come. All of our teachers are:

in Fremont, CA. All classes are limited in size and are
designed to excel a child's chess experience. Classes will
be $11 per class and we will sign up customers in 10
class sessions. Classes will continue throughout the year
and will be held in trimesters. All materials are provided by

Thank you for all who participated in our Chess Tournament on November 19, 2011.

| Winter 2011 - 2012 Chess Team has started and has only 2 spaces left. We have instruction by local masters and international masters as well as veteran chess coaches. Winter classes are starting back up in January and will fill fast so please register soon if your interested in joining our classes. We have also dropped the price of tournaments to $15 for the rest of the school year. We hope this will attract new players at our monthly tournaments. If you would like to add a chess program to your school please contact us at 510.648.2147 so we may help. Once contacted we can begin a chess program in as little as 2 weeks. Coming in October 2011 we will be having a free chess tournament for 300 students. Our goal will be to attract new tournament players by offering an opportunity to compete without a financial obligation. More details to follow once we have secured a large venue. |

Weekly Chess Classes
CAL - CHESS CALIFORNIA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
U.S. Chess Mates sent only 8 students to the Cal -
Chess State Championships as a team and we won
7 place trophies out of 8 students. We ended up
with 2 individual 1st place winners and were the
only school within the Tri-City that won a 1st place
team trophy. We had many other students that
participated in the tournaments that were not on
the team and many students that we have worked
with in the past. So congratulations to all the new
state champions and tournament participants!
Chess State Championships as a team and we won
7 place trophies out of 8 students. We ended up
